SMOKING POLICY

Portland state law prohibits smoking inside non-smoking room in hotels. There will be a $250 non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services charged to any room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its non-smoking condition. 

DAMAGE POLICY

Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, public areas, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, decor or linens, will result in a charge of up $1000 for the replacement value or necessary cleaning. LOST & FOUND POLICY

We will ship items back at owner's expense upon request. Unclaimed items will be placed in our lost & found. Any items remaining in the lost & found will be donated to charity.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION

In The Case That A Guest's Room Is To Be Paid By Another Party's Credit Card That Will Not Be Attending The Hotel, A Pre-Authorization Form Is Required To Be Filled Out By The Credit Card Holder Allowing The Del Rancho Motel Portland Oregon To Use The Credit Card For The Specified Charges. A Reservation Agent Will Be Able To Fax Or E-Mail You The Form To Be Filled Out At Your Request.

PHOTO ID

Valid Photo Id Is Required Both For The Check In Process, As Well As Being A Necessity To Process A Credit Card.(Deposit Required Base On Room Type)

LATE DEPARTURE POLICY

Check-out is at 12:00 pm. Late departures (after 1:00p.m.), unless previously discussed with the innkeeper, will result in a charge of ONE ADDITIONAL NIGHT (this charge does not guarantee the departing guest accommodations), as well as any additional fees associated with booking alternative accommodations for the incoming guest. Our housekeeping staff needs the time after check-out and before check-in to prepare guest rooms for all arriving guests, and any delay can cause the room to not be ready in time for the next guest.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children: Del Rancho Motel welcomes families traveling with children of any age. Del Rancho Motel accepts families traveling with children aged 5 and under stay free.
